Delete your account and data

You can delete your Rebuild Mode account and everything attached to it at any time, in seconds, from inside the app. If you no longer have the app installed, email us and we will do it for you. Deletion is permanent — there is no recovery.

Open Rebuild Mode and go to:

Profile → Privacy and data → Delete account and all data

Type DELETE to confirm. Your account and all associated data are removed immediately and permanently. You can also delete individual journal entries and coach conversations from the same screen, or clear all of either at once.

Email hello@rebuildmode.app from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We verify the request against that address and complete the deletion within 30 days (usually much sooner). We will confirm by email once it is done.

Everything tied to your account is removed, including:

• Your account and sign-in details (email)
• Your profile, onboarding answers and area scores
• Any details you added about your children (nickname and age range)
• Your parenting schedule and date overrides
• Your plan, daily actions, check-ins, wins and progress
• Your journal entries
• Your conversations with the accountability coach
• Your notification preferences and settings

We do not keep your data after deletion. Deletion cascades across our database immediately; residual copies in short-lived backups are overwritten on a rolling basis and are not restored.

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a Rebuild Mode Plus subscription bought through Google Play. To stop billing, cancel it in the Play Store under Payments & subscriptions before or after deleting your account.
