Terms of use
Effective 2 August 2026 · Applies to the Rebuild Mode app and this website
What Rebuild Mode is
Rebuild Mode is a structured programme of practical daily actions for separated and divorced parents, delivered through a mobile app. By using the app or this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
What it is not
Rebuild Mode is not therapy, counselling, medical care, legal advice or an emergency service, and it must not be relied on as any of those. Its content and its AI coach offer general, practical structure only. For your health, speak to a professional such as your GP; for legal matters, a solicitor. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 999. In the UK, Samaritans are available free on 116 123, day and night.
Early access
The service is in early access. Features may change, break or be withdrawn, and availability is not guaranteed. We may update the app and these terms as the product develops; material changes will be flagged in the app or on this page.
Your account and your conduct
You must be at least 18 to use Rebuild Mode. You are responsible for what you put into the app and for keeping access to your device secure. You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to access other people’s data, disrupting the service, or using the coach to generate harmful content.
Your content and ours
What you write in Rebuild Mode stays yours. You grant us only the licence needed to store and process it in order to run the service, as described in our privacy policy. The app, the website and their content — design, text, code and branding — belong to Rebuild Mode and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rebuild Mode is provided “as is” and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence. The service does not guarantee any parenting, relationship, health or legal outcome.
Ending things
You can stop using Rebuild Mode at any time and delete your account and data from Settings. We may suspend or end access for serious or repeated misuse of the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of its courts.
